- Membership cancellations by the member: Refund eligibility depends on the timing of the cancellation and the membership terms agreed upon at registration.
- Event cancellations by Rajput Rise: If an officially organized event or paid session is cancelled by us, eligible members will receive a full refund.
- Duplicate or erroneous payments: Verified duplicate transactions will be eligible for a refund after review.
2. Cancellation & Refund Timeline
- Cancellation within 48 hours of membership payment → Eligible for a full refund (if no platform benefits have been utilized).
- Cancellation after 48 hours but within 7 days → Eligible for a 50% refund.
- Cancellation after 7 days of activation → Non-refundable.
- Event-specific registrations → Refund eligibility depends on the specific event terms.
3. Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
- Payment gateway or transaction charges (if applicable) may be deducted.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
- Membership fees after full access to platform benefits has been utilized.
- Promotional, discounted, or limited-time membership offers.
- Any financial losses arising from business or investment decisions made by members.
